<br />09 <br />? ?, <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />? <br />.? <br />ORDINAN'CE NO. 69- 163 PAGE 3 <br />of longevity increments hereinabove set, forth, no credit shall be given for <br />part-time sexvices, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing <br />longevity increments and the exclusion for part-time service shall not deprive <br />any employee of any other benefits which may be due them for part-time service <br />as employees in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />C. That mechanics and other employees in the garage of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall have allowed to them the sum of One Hundred <br />($100.00 ) Dollars per year for the cleaning and maintenance of uniforms worn <br />by them in the performance of their duties in the North Olmsted Bus Line garage. <br />Section 2. That Section I of Ordinance No. 68-147 and all other <br />ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or resolutions inconsistent <br />herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed with the <br />effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to <br />forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Service Director of the City of IVorth <br />Olmsted and the General Manager of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />Section 4. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the public peace, safety, health and welfare of the City <br />of North Olmsted by virtue of the immediate necessity of maintaining and in- <br />creasing the moral and effectiveness of inembers of the N'orth Olmsted Municipal <br />bus Line . WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force im- <br />mediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />v <br />ATTEST: Florence Holm, Clerk of Council <br /> <br />-4 ' C) • <br />Francis J.
