Ol ( SUB-PARAGRAPH B), 1213. 01, 1213. 01 ( SUB-PARAGR.APH A), 1213.02, 1213.03, 1213.04 and 1215.01 OF ORDINANCE NO. 62-33, ENACTED jUNE 19, 1962, ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE DIVIDING THE CITY OF 1VORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, INTO DISTRICTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF REGULATIIVG AND RE- STRICTIIVG THE LOCATION OF BUILDIIVGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, A1VD OF PREMISES TO BE USED FOR TRADE, IN'DUSTRY, RESIDENCE OR OTHER SPECIFIED USES : REGULATING AND LIMITING THE HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES,REGULATING THE BULK AND LOCATION OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE PERCENTAGE OF LOT OCCUPANCY, SET-BACK BUILDING LINES AND AREA OF YARDS, COURTS AND OTHER OPEIV SPACES : PRO- VIDING FOR A METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION : FOR AN ADMIN'IS- TRATIVE BOARD : AND FOR THE IMPOSITION OF PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION AND REPEALING PREVIOUS ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT THEREWITH; " WHEREAS, the Design and Platting Committee of Council have report-e& to Council that various changes have become necessary as a result of the in- creased construction of homes and buildings in the City of North Olmsted, and WHEREAS, Council now wishes to incorporate in the Zoning Code the changes recommended by the Design and Platting Committee of Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section 1174.02 entitled " Setback Regul-ations, " now reading as follows: 1174.02 Setback Recrulations " In a Retail Business District the building setback shall be at least fifty ( 50 ) feet from the street line. No structure shall be maintained, goods or mechandise dis- played or any business activity conducted within the said setback area. The area may be used for parking purposes. " be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 1174.02 Setback Regulations In a Retail Business District the building setback shall be at least fifty ( 50 ) feet from the street. No structure shall be maintained , nor shall goods be sold, nor shall, mechandise be displayed, nor shall any business activity be conducted within the said setback area. The setback may be used for parking purposes only, and shall not be used for the storage of automobiles or any vehicular: equipment .
