Ol ( SUB-PARAGRAPH B), 1213. 01, 1213. 01 <br />( SUB-PARAGR.APH A), 1213.02, 1213.03, 1213.04 and 1215.01 OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 62-33, ENACTED jUNE 19, 1962, ENTITLED <br />" AN ORDINANCE DIVIDING THE CITY OF 1VORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, <br />INTO DISTRICTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF REGULATIIVG AND RE- <br />STRICTIIVG THE LOCATION OF BUILDIIVGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, <br />A1VD OF PREMISES TO BE USED FOR TRADE, IN'DUSTRY, RESIDENCE <br />OR OTHER SPECIFIED USES : REGULATING AND LIMITING THE <br />HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES,REGULATING <br />THE BULK AND LOCATION OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, <br />THE PERCENTAGE OF LOT OCCUPANCY, SET-BACK BUILDING LINES <br />AND AREA OF YARDS, COURTS AND OTHER OPEIV SPACES : PRO- <br />VIDING FOR A METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION : FOR AN ADMIN'IS- <br />TRATIVE BOARD : AND FOR THE IMPOSITION OF PENALTIES FOR <br />VIOLATION AND REPEALING PREVIOUS ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT <br />THEREWITH; " <br />WHEREAS, the Design and Platting Committee of Council have report-e& <br />to Council that various changes have become necessary as a result of the in- <br />creased construction of homes and buildings in the City of North Olmsted, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Council now wishes to incorporate in the Zoning Code the <br />changes recommended by the Design and Platting Committee of Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1174.02 entitled " Setback Regul-ations, " now reading as follows: <br />1174.02 Setback Recrulations <br />" In a Retail Business District the building setback shall <br />be at least fifty ( 50 ) feet from the street line. No <br />structure shall be maintained, goods or mechandise dis- <br />played or any business activity conducted within the <br />said setback area. The area may be used for parking <br />purposes. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1174.02 Setback Regulations <br />In a Retail Business District the building setback shall <br />be at least fifty ( 50 ) feet from the street. No structure <br />shall be maintained , nor shall goods be sold, nor shall, <br />mechandise be displayed, nor shall any business activity <br />be conducted within the said setback area. The setback <br />may be used for parking purposes only, and shall not be <br />used for the storage of automobiles or any vehicular: <br />equipment .
