That Ordinance No. 62-33,enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1202.02 entitled " tTses Permitted, "( Sub-Section B) now reading as follows: <br />1202.02 Uses Permitted <br />( B ) " Park Commercial. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1202.02 Uses Permitted <br />Sub-Section B is deleted in its entirety and Sub-Section <br />C is relettered to Sub-Section B and all other Sub-Sections <br />are relettered correspondingly and consecutively. <br />Section 4. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted june 19, 1962, Section <br />1205 . 07 ( Sub-Paraqraph D) entitled " Parking, " now reading as follows: <br />1205.07 Parking <br />( D) " Parking shall be permitted in the front and rear of the <br />property, except that no parking space may be closer <br />than ten ( 10 ) feet to the rear line or seven ( 7) feet <br />to the front or street line of the property. The ten <br />( 10 ) and seven ( 7) foot buffer areas shall be land- <br />scaped in a manner approved by the Planning Commission.
