That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted june 19, 1962, Section 1174.07 entitled " Minimum Lot Area, " now reading as follows: 1174.07 Minimum Lot Area " In a Retail Business District any building having a dwelling unit on the first floor shall have lot area and width equal to that required in C Residence District." be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 1174.07 Minimum Lot Area In a Retail Business District lots shall have a minimum frontage of one hundred fifty ( 150 ) feet and a minimum area of twenty-five thousand ( 25000 ) square feet. Section 3. That Ordinance No. 62-33,enacted June 19, 1962, Section 1202.02 entitled " tTses Permitted, "( Sub-Section B) now reading as follows: 1202.02 Uses Permitted ( B ) " Park Commercial. " be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 1202.02 Uses Permitted Sub-Section B is deleted in its entirety and Sub-Section C is relettered to Sub-Section B and all other Sub-Sections are relettered correspondingly and consecutively. Section 4. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted june 19, 1962, Section 1205 . 07 ( Sub-Paraqraph D) entitled " Parking, " now reading as follows: 1205.07 Parking ( D) " Parking shall be permitted in the front and rear of the property, except that no parking space may be closer than ten ( 10 ) feet to the rear line or seven ( 7) feet to the front or street line of the property. The ten ( 10 ) and seven ( 7) foot buffer areas shall be land- scaped in a manner approved by the Planning Commission. " be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 1205.07 Parkinq ( D) Parking shall be permitted in the front and rear of the property, except that no parking space may be closer than twenty ( 20 ) feet to the rear line, or seven ( 7) feet to the front or street line of the property. The twenty ( 20 ) and seven ( 7) foot buffer areas shall be landscaped in a manner approved by the Planning Commission.
