That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1212.01 ( Sub-Paragraph A) entitled " Definitions and Standards, " now reading <br />as follows: <br />1212.01 Definitions and Standards <br />( A) " Parking space - An open or enclosed area for the parking <br />of automobiles directly accessible unto an aisle or <br />private drive. Each space shall not be less than nine <br />( 9) feet wide and not less than twenty ( 20 ) feet long <br />exclusive of all drives, aisles, ramps, and turning spaces, <br />except, however, attendant parking lots operated by an <br />attendant and parking areas for one and two-family <br />dwellings may be less than nine ( 9) feet ; and provided <br />further that said minimum width of nine ( 9) feet shall <br />be reduced to eight and one-half ( 8 1/2 ) feet in the <br />case of any space which shall be laid out so that there <br />shall be an angle or not more than fffty-five ( 55 ) de- <br />grees between the centerlines of the parking spaces <br />and the centerline of the aisle or drive which provides <br />direct access to such spaces and so that there shall be <br />a distance of at least fifty-two ( 52 ) feet between the <br />centerline of adjoining parking bays measured along a <br />line perpendicular to said last-mentioned center lines. <br />The actual number of spaces shall be determined from <br />a workable plan of the parking area. Each space shall not be less than nine <br />( 9) feet wide and not less than twenty ( 20 ) feet long <br />exclusive of all drives, aisles, ramps, and turning space. <br />In all multi-family districts all required enclosed parking <br />spaces shall be provided in either surface or underground <br />garage or garages, and a minimum three hundred ( 300 ) <br />square feet shall be provided for each required enclosed <br />parking space. <br />Section 6. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted june 19, 1962, Section <br />1212. 01 entitled " Definitions and Standards," is amended by enacting Sub- <br />Paragraph B entitled " Standards for Desianincr Parkinct Areas, " and the present <br />Sub-Paragraph B entitled " Floor Areas " shall become Sub-Paragraph C, and the <br />present Sub-Paragraph C entitled " Seat " shall become Sub-Paragraph D, and <br />the present Sub-Paragraph D entitled " Emplovees " shall become Sub-Paragraph <br />E, all of Section 1212.01. The new Sub-Paragraph B shall read as follows: <br />1212.01 Definitions and Standards <br />( B) Standards for Desiqnina Parkina Areas - The plan of <br />parking spaces of a parking area include with an ap- <br />plication to construct a building, or parking area, or <br />change in use shall be designed with dimensions and
