. •, ,?„ . , ? <br />A , . r <br />. -.... ?; CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 69-131 PAGE 4 <br />number of spaces which shall be determined in ac- <br />cordance with the drawing attached hereto and made <br />a part of this Zoning Ordinance and entitled " Standards <br />for Designing Parking Area. " <br />Section 7. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19,1962, Section <br />1213. 01 entitled " Location of Facilities, " now reading as follows: <br />1213.01 Location of Facilities <br />" All parking facilities, except those accessory to one <br />or two-family dwellings, shall be developed so that each <br />parking space is directly connected to an aisle or private <br />driveway and arranged so that all vehicles can be driven <br />forward into a street. Facilities shall be located as <br />follows: " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1213.01 Location of Facilities <br />All parking facilities, except thoseaccessory to one <br />or two-family dwellings, shall be developed so that <br />each parking space is directly connected to an aisle <br />or private driveway and arranged so that all vehicles <br />can be driven forward into a street. A garage or <br />covered parking space shall not be located in a re- <br />quired front yard setback, in a one-family, or multi- <br />family district, but shall be permitted in side or rear <br />yard as regulated by other provisions of this Code. <br />Section 8. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1213.01 ( Sub-Paragraph A) entitled " Location of Facilities," now reading as <br />follows: <br />1213.01 Location of Facilities <br />( A) " Residential Districts and Uses - Enclosed or open <br />parking facilities shall be located on same lot as the <br />dwelling served. At least one ( 1) space per dwelling <br />unit shall be provided indoors or under a carport. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1213.01 Location of Facilities <br />( A) Residential Districts and Uses - Enclosed or open <br />parking facilities shall be located on the same lot <br />as the dwelling served. <br />In single or two-family dwellings at least one ( 1) <br />of the parking spaces required for each dwelling unit <br />shall be provided in a garage. <br />In a Multiple Residence District, one-half ( 1/2 ) of <br />the required parking spaces shall be provided in a <br />garage.
