? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />In a Mixed Multiple Residence District the garage <br />requirements shall conform to the standards of Section <br />1206.06 - Parkinq, Sub-Paragraph " A" and " B" of <br />the Mixed Multiple Residence Code. <br />In a Class A Hi-Rise - Residential District, the garage <br />requirements shall conform to the standards of Section <br />1205.07 - Parkinq , Sub-Paragraph ( A) of the Hi-Rise <br />District Code. <br />Section 9. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1213.02 entitled "Location of Access Driveways, " now reading as follows: <br />1213.02 Location of Access Driveways <br />" The location, width, and number of entrances and <br />exit driveways to accessory parking facilities, ex- <br />cept for one-family and two-family dwellings, shall <br />be located in such a manner as to interfere as little <br />as possible with the use of adjacent residential <br />property and the flow of traffic on adjacent streets. <br />For parking areas having a capacity of ten ( 1 0) or <br />more vehicles, the centerline of a driveway apron <br />shall be located not less than forty ( 40 ) feet from <br />the nearest intersecting street line, and such drive- <br />way apron shall be spaced at not less than one <br />hundred twenty ( 120 ) feet intervals measured on the <br />centerline of the driveways. <br />Parking areas having a capacity of twenty ( 20 ) <br />spaces or less shall have at least one ( 1) single- <br />lane driveway ; those having a capacity of more <br />than twenty ( 20 ) vehicles shall have two ( 2) <br />one-lane driveways, or at least one ( 1) two-lane <br />driveway. Any entrance or exit driveway shall not <br />exceed three ( 3) lanes in width. For parking areas <br />having a capacity of ten ( 10 ) or more vehicles, the <br />centerline of a driveway apron shall be located not <br />less than sixty ( 60 ) feet from the nearest intersecting <br />street line, and such driveway aprons shall be spaced <br />at not more than one hundred twenty ( 120 ) feet intervals <br />measured on the centerline of the driveways. <br />Parking areas having a capacity of twenty ( 20 ) spaces <br />or less shall have at least two lane driveway ; those <br />having a capacity of more than twenty (20 ) vehicles <br />shall have at least two ( 2) two-lane driveway. Any <br />entrance or exit driveway shall not exceed three ( 3) <br />lanes in width.
