Section 10. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19,1962, Section 1213. Q,$ entitled "Width of Access Driveways, " now reading as follows: 1213.01-1 Width of Access Drivewavs " The width of driveways, except for one and two-family dwellings, shall conform with the following schedule: Width of Driveway Minimum Maximum One-lane 10 feet 12 feet Two-lane 18 feet 24 feet Three-lane 27 feet 34 feet The radius of the edge of the drivevvay apron shall be at least 15 feet so that a vehicle may enter from or exit on to the curb lane without obstructing vehicles in other traffic lanes. The aforesaid location and width of access driveway regulations shall also apply to driveways for a"drive- in " roadside business, fee parking lots and public parking lots." be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 1213.0$3 Width of Access Drivewavs Width of Drivewav Minimum Maximum 'Itivo-lane • 18 feet 24 feet Three-lane 27 feet 34 feet The angle between the driveway and the street right- of-way shall be ninety ( 90 ) degrees. The radius of the driveway shall be twenty-five ( 25 ) feet with the tangent to the edge of the street pavement so that ve- hicles may enter from or exit on to the curb land with- out obstructing vehicles in other traffic lanes. The aforesaid location and width of access driveway regulations shall also apply to driveways for a" drive- in " roadside business, fee parking lots and public parking lots. Section 11, That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section 1213. 04 entitled"Improvements of Parking Areas, " now reading as follows: 1213.04 Improvements of Parkinq Areas " All parking areas and access driveways, except for one and two-family dwellings shall be constructed of concrete oq asphalt pavement.
