Section 10. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19,1962, Section <br />1213. Q,$ entitled "Width of Access Driveways, " now reading as follows: <br />1213.01-1 Width of Access Drivewavs <br />" The width of driveways, except for one and two-family <br />dwellings, shall conform with the following schedule: <br />Width of Driveway <br />Minimum Maximum <br />One-lane 10 feet 12 feet <br />Two-lane 18 feet 24 feet <br />Three-lane 27 feet 34 feet <br />The radius of the edge of the drivevvay apron shall be <br />at least 15 feet so that a vehicle may enter from or <br />exit on to the curb lane without obstructing vehicles <br />in other traffic lanes. <br />The aforesaid location and width of access driveway <br />regulations shall also apply to driveways for a"drive- <br />in " roadside business, fee parking lots and public <br />parking lots." <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1213.0$3 Width of Access Drivewavs <br />Width of Drivewav <br />Minimum Maximum <br />'Itivo-lane • 18 feet 24 feet <br />Three-lane 27 feet 34 feet <br />The angle between the driveway and the street right- <br />of-way shall be ninety ( 90 ) degrees. The radius of <br />the driveway shall be twenty-five ( 25 ) feet with the <br />tangent to the edge of the street pavement so that ve- <br />hicles may enter from or exit on to the curb land with- <br />out obstructing vehicles in other traffic lanes. <br />The aforesaid location and width of access driveway <br />regulations shall also apply to driveways for a" drive- <br />in " roadside business, fee parking lots and public <br />parking lots. <br />Section 11, That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1213. 04 entitled"Improvements of Parking Areas, " now reading as follows: <br />1213.04 Improvements of Parkinq Areas <br />" All parking areas and access driveways, except for <br />one and two-family dwellings shall be constructed of <br />concrete oq asphalt pavement. Parking areas shall be <br />graded to provide drainage so that injury will not be <br />caused to adjacent properties nor will water drain
