The Planning Com- <br />mission may require landscape features such as <br />compact hedge, informal shrubs, or screening by <br />a substantially solid fence between such parking <br />areas and a side or rear lot line of a residential <br />district. <br />The driveways, parking area pavement, curbs and <br />bumper guards shall be constructed in accord with <br />standards established by the Engineering Department <br />of the municipality. <br />Driveways for one and two-family dwellings to the <br />extent located within street lines shall be of such <br />character as may be required by rule of the Planning <br />Commission. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1213.04 Improvements of Parking Areas <br />All parking areas and access driveways, except for one <br />and two-family dwellings, shall be constructed of con- <br />crete or asphalt pavement. Parking areas shall be graded <br />to provide drainage so that injury will not be caused to <br />adjacent properties nor will water drain across a public <br />sidewalk.
