That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19,1962, Section <br />1215.01 entitled " Approval of Plans, " now reading as follows: <br />1215.01 Approval of Plans <br />" Detailed drawing of off-street parking and loading <br />facilities shall be submitted for approval to the <br />Building Official before an application for a build- <br />ing permit is approved, except that such drawing <br />shall not be required for the development of one and <br />two-family dwellings. The drawing shall show each <br />space, the dimensions and descriptions of all features <br />enumerated in Chapters 1213 and 1214. The Board may <br />require structual of landscape features such as bumper <br />guards, curbs, walls, fences, shrubs, ground cover, <br />or hedges to further the intent and purposes of the <br />Zoning Ordinance. These Ordinances which amend Ordinance No. 62-33, <br />enacted June 19, 1962, repeal any ordinance or parts of ordinances which are <br />inconsistent with the provisions of these ordinances and become a part of <br />Ordinance No. 62-33, as if Ordinance No. 62-33 was fully rewritten herein.
