That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19,1962, Section 1215.01 entitled " Approval of Plans, " now reading as follows: 1215.01 Approval of Plans " Detailed drawing of off-street parking and loading facilities shall be submitted for approval to the Building Official before an application for a build- ing permit is approved, except that such drawing shall not be required for the development of one and two-family dwellings. The drawing shall show each space, the dimensions and descriptions of all features enumerated in Chapters 1213 and 1214. The Board may require structual of landscape features such as bumper guards, curbs, walls, fences, shrubs, ground cover, or hedges to further the intent and purposes of the Zoning Ordinance. The Planning Commission and the City Council shall, with the exception of one and two-family dwellings, review arri approve all plans for off-street parking and 3oading facilities. Section 13. These Ordinances which amend Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, repeal any ordinance or parts of ordinances which are inconsistent with the provisions of these ordinances and become a part of Ordinance No. 62-33, as if Ordinance No. 62-33 was fully rewritten herein.
