Mariner <br />Permanent Parcel Np. 234-22-23 <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio, and known as being part of original Olmsted Town- <br />ship Lot No. 10 in Tract IVo. 6, and bounded and described as follows: <br />S"tarting at a point in the center line of Stearns Road ( 60 feet wide <br />a distant southerly measured along said center line, 175. 95 feet <br />from the intersection of said center line and the northerly line of <br />land conveyed to Elijah Stearns, Jr. , by deed recorded in Volume <br />398 Page 78 of Cuyahoga County Records and Deeds; thence South <br />89° 05' 40" east, parallel with the northerly line of land so conveyed <br />to Elijah Stearns, Jr. , a distance of 300. 00 feet to the point of be- <br />ginning ; thence continuing south 89 ° 05' 40" east a distance of <br />442.90 feet to a point in the easterly line of said original Lot No. <br />10, in Tract No. 6;thence south 1° 09' 50"west, along the easterly <br />line of said original Lot No. 10, a distance of 58.63 feet ; thence <br />north 89° OS' 40" west, a distance of 443.00 feet ; thence north <br />1° 16' east, parallel with the center line of Stearns Road a distance <br />of 58. 63 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 0.58acre <br />of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a recreational area <br />for the enjoyment of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 2. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be given to the <br />owners of,or persons in possession of,or having an interest of record in the <br />above described real estate , or to their authorized agents, and said notice <br />shall be served according to law by a person to be designated for that purpose <br />by the Mayor and to make return of such service in the manner provided by law. <br />Section 3.
