Mariner Permanent Parcel Np. 234-22-23 Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of original Olmsted Town- ship Lot No. 10 in Tract IVo. 6, and bounded and described as follows: S"tarting at a point in the center line of Stearns Road ( 60 feet wide a distant southerly measured along said center line, 175. 95 feet from the intersection of said center line and the northerly line of land conveyed to Elijah Stearns, Jr. , by deed recorded in Volume 398 Page 78 of Cuyahoga County Records and Deeds; thence South 89° 05' 40" east, parallel with the northerly line of land so conveyed to Elijah Stearns, Jr. , a distance of 300. 00 feet to the point of be- ginning ; thence continuing south 89 ° 05' 40" east a distance of 442.90 feet to a point in the easterly line of said original Lot No. 10, in Tract No. 6;thence south 1° 09' 50"west, along the easterly line of said original Lot No. 10, a distance of 58.63 feet ; thence north 89° OS' 40" west, a distance of 443.00 feet ; thence north 1° 16' east, parallel with the center line of Stearns Road a distance of 58. 63 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 0.58acre of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a recreational area for the enjoyment of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted. Section 2. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be given to the owners of,or persons in possession of,or having an interest of record in the above described real estate , or to their authorized agents, and said notice shall be served according to law by a person to be designated for that purpose by the Mayor and to make return of such service in the manner provided by law. Section 3. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety, welfare and peace of the City, and for further reason that it is necessary to have this Resolution effective immediately in order that the City may proceed with the construction, maintenance and operation for the purpose of a recre- ational area for the enjoyment of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted. WHEREFORE,this Resolution sha 11 take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period bilowed by law.
