ORDIIVANCE NO. 69-120 <br />BY PROKASY <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1151.04 ( PARAGRAPH G), <br />1159.01, 1161.01, 1161. 0 2( PARAGRAPH B), 1163 . 0 2( PARAGRAPH <br />D), 1173.02 ( PARAGRAPH F), 1173.02 ( PARAGRAPH H), 1174. 04, <br />1191,03 ( PARAGRAPH L), 1225.02 ( PARAGRAPHS A, B-5, D-5, and <br />D-6 ) OF ORDINANCE NO. 62-33, ENACTED JUIVE 19, 1962, EN- <br />TITLED " AN ORDINANCE DIVIDING THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />OHIO, INTO DISTRICTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF REGULATIIVG AND <br />RESTRICTING THE LOCATION OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, <br />AND OF PREMISES TO BE USED FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE <br />OR OTHER SPECIFIED USES : REGULATING AND LIMITIIVG THE <br />HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, REGULATING <br />THE BULK AND LOCATION OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, <br />THE PRECENTAGE OF LOT OCCUPAIVCY, SET-BACK BUILDING LIIVES <br />AND AREA OF YARDS, COURTS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES : PROVI9-- <br />ING FOR A METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION : FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE <br />BOARD : AN D FOR THE IMPOSITION OF PENALTIES FOR VIaLATION <br />AND REPEALIIVG PREVIOUS ORDINAN'CES INCONSISTENT THEREWITH. " <br />WHEREAS, the Design and Platting Committee of Council have reported <br />to Council that various changes have become necessary as a result of the in- <br />creased construction of homes and buildings in the City of North Olmsted ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Council now wishes to incorporate in the Zoning Code the <br />changes recommended by the Design and Platting Committee of Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section l. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1151.04 ( Paragraph G) entitled " Accessory Uses In Any Residence District <br />now reading,as follows: <br />1151.04 Accessorv Uses In Anv Residence District <br />The fbllowing accessory uses and buildings are permitted in <br />any Residence District: <br />( G) " A windbreak or other similar freestanding structure provided <br />the same is not over six ( 6) feet in height above grade level <br />or no part of which is closer than fifteen ( 15 ) feet to any side <br />line or rear line of the lot onwhich the same is located. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1151.04 Accessorv Uses In Anv Residence District <br />( G) A windbreak or other similar freestanding structure provided <br />the same is not over six ( 6) feet in height above grade level <br />or no part of which is closer than fifteen ( 15 ) feet to any side <br />line or rear line of the lot on which the same is located. In <br />no case shall the above be permitted infront set-back area.
