That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1159.01, entitled " Setback Requirements " now reading as follows: <br />1159.01 Setback Requirements <br />"In Residence Districts and Cluster Development Districts, <br />the maximum and minimum distance a dwelling shall be set <br />back from the street line shall be as follows: <br />Residence District <br />A, B, and C, and <br />Cluster Development <br />District <br />Two-family <br />Multiple <br />Maximum Setback Minimum <br />Setback <br />70 feet 50 feet <br />70 feet 50 feet <br />60 feet ( a) 40 feet <br />( a) The maximum setback herein established shall not apply <br />to a multiple dwelling constructed in part of the rear of <br />a multiple dwelling complying with the requirements of <br />this section.
