Employees of the Public Works Division, Superintendent of Parks, Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department, Sanitary Sewer System and Secretary to Public Works Commissioner shall not be required to work on the following holidays: New Year' s Day ; Memorial Day ; Independence Day ; Labor Day ; Thanks- giving Day; and Christmas Day. Employees of the above departments of the Public Works Division shall not be required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless required to work on the said holidays by the Public Works Commissioner in case of an emergency. The Sanitary Sewer System employees shall not be required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless they are scheduled to work in maintaining sanitary sewer system facilities. Section 7. The Secretarial help of the Public Works Division of the City of North Olmsted shall receive a longevity increment. This bngevity increment shall be payable over and above any annual salary or hourly salary paid to said secretary or clerical help and shall be at the rate of $25.00 per year for each and every year said secretary or clerical help has been contin- ually employed by the City of North Olmsted. Section 8. All full time employees of the Public Works Division, the Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Mainte- nance Department and Sanitary Sewer System, except the Public Works Com- missioner and Secretary to the Public Works Commissioner, having completed five ( 5) years of full time continuous service as employees in said department shall be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of ten ( 10 ) years of full time continuous service, after which such employee shall receive 4% of their base annual salary thereafter until com- pletion of their fifteenth ( 15 ) year of continous full time service, after which said employee shall receive 5% of their base annual salary until completion of their twentieth ( 20 ) year of continous full time service, and thereafter each year of full time service thereby they shall receive 6% of their base annual
