? <br />,?. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />salary as longevity increments. <br />.w? <br />ORDINANCE NO. 69- PAGE 4 <br />Section 9. For the Plant Maintenance Mechanic in the Sanitary Sewer <br />System and for each hourly paid employee of the Service Department, Vehicle <br />Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department and Sanitary <br />Sewer System, the City of North Olmsted shall pay an amount equal to a <br />single person's rate per month towards the cost of Blue Cross Hospital- <br />ization and Medical Mutual premiums of said members of the Service Depart- <br />ment , Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department <br />and Sanitary Sewer System, as established by Contract 52YS effective the <br />22nd day of May, 1965. <br />Section 10. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of <br />ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions <br />of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance IVo.68-156 and Ordinance No. <br />69-16, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 11. That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to forward <br />a copy of this Ordinance to the Division of Public Service, Public Works <br />Commissioner and the Directorof Finance in order that the Director of <br />Finance can,, pay the compensation:s hereinabove set forth. <br />Section 12. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the immediate <br />necessity of adjusting with the requirements of the various jobs.
