Employees of the Public Works Division, Superintendent of Parks, Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department, Sanitary Sewer System and Secretary to Public Works Commissioner shall not be required to work on the followinq holidays: New Year's Day; Memorial Day, Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; and Christmas Day. Employees of the above departments of the Public Works Division shall not be required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless re- quired to work on the said holidays by the Public Works Commissioner in case of an emergency. The Sanitary Sewer System employees shall not be required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless they are scheduled to work in main- taininq sanitary sewer system facilities. Section 7. The Secretarial help of the Public Works Division of the City of North Olmsted shall receive a longevity increment. This longevity increment shall be payable over and above any annual salary or hourly salary paid to said secretary or clerical help and shall be at the rate of $25.00 per year for each and every year said secretary or clerical help has been contin- ually employed by the City of North Olmsted. Section 8. AIl full time employees of the Public Works Division, the Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Department and Sanitary Sewer System, except the Public Works Commissioner and Secretary to the Public Works Commissioner, having completedfive (5) years of full time continuous service as employees in said department shall be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of ten (10) full time service, after which such employees shall receive 4% of their base annual salary thereafter until completion of their fitteenth (15) year of continuous full time service, after which said employees shal) receive 5% of their base annuai salary until completion of their twentieth (20) year of continuous full time service, and thereafter each year of full time service thereby they shall receive 6% of their base annual salary as longevity increments.
