CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 69- 16 PAGE 4 <br />Section 9. For the Plant Maintenance Mechanic in the Sanitary <br />Sewer System and for each hourly paid employee of the Service Department, <br />Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department and <br />Sanitary Sewer System, the City of North Olmsted shall pay an amount equal to <br />a single person's reate per month towards the cost of Blue Cross Hospital- <br />ization and Medical Mutual premiums of said members of the Service Depart- <br />ment, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department <br />and Sanitary Sewer System, as established by Contract 52YS ef#ective the <br />22nd day of May, 1965. <br />Section 10. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of <br />ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions <br />of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance IVo. 68-156, are hereby re- <br />pealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 11. That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to <br />forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Division of Public Service, Public <br />Works Commissioner and the Director of Finance in order that the Director <br />of Finance can pay the compensation as hereinabove set forth. <br />Section 12. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the immediate necessity <br />of adjusting with the requirements of the various jobs. WHEREFORE, this <br />Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, <br />otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />? <br />ATTEST: <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council <br />Francis J.
