f <br />. .r <br />?,,, .w? Revised <br />w.. ?° <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 69-34 PAGE 2 <br />Section 5. A member of the Police Department or Fire Department <br />shall be eligible for the authorized holidays as each such holiday may occur <br />and shall take such holiday leave before the next anniversary of such holiday. <br />Section 6. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />a certfied copy of this ordinance to the Police Chief and Fire Chief. <br />Section 7. That all ordinances or resolutions, orparts of ordinances <br />or parts of resolutions,inconsistent to the provisions of this ordinance, are <br />hereby repealed with the effective date of this ordinance. <br />Section 8.
