? <br />. ? <br />.. t _ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 69-65 PAGE 2 <br />This section does not relieve the driver of a public <br />vehicle from the duty to drive with due regard for <br />the safety of all persons and property upon the <br />street. <br />Section 2. That any ordinance or parts of ordinance, or <br />resolutions or parts of resolutions, inconsistent with the provisions <br />of this Ordinance, a're hereby repealed with the effective date of this <br />ordinance. <br />Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the pub- <br />lic peace, safety, health and welf.are by virtue of the fact that Section <br />331.19 Frior to ?his amendment is in conflict with the provisions of <br />the State Statutes.
