t <br />-., s N r <br />.? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 69-70 Page 2 <br />(b) No person shall operate a vehicle or any <br />public or private property other than <br />streets or highways, without due regard <br />for the safety or persons or property. <br />This subsection does not apply to the competitive <br />operation of vehicles on public or private property <br />when the owner of such property knowingly permits <br />such operation thereon. <br />Section 2. That any ordinance or parts of ordinances, or <br />resolutions or parts of resolutions, inconsistent with the provisions <br />of this Ordinance, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this <br />Ordinance. <br />Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />safety, health and welfare by virtue of the fact that Section 333.02 <br />prior to this amendment is in conflict with the provisions of the <br />State Statutes.
