<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 81- 132 <br />PAGE 2. <br />1. The minimum rec{uired area for a plan of development <br />of a parcel of land for Mixed Use District B shall be not less than <br />thirty-five (35) acres. <br />1202.02 Uses Permitted <br />(a) Mixed Use Distr_ict _A <br />Any of the following uses as defined in Sections <br />1202.03 and 1202.04 shall be permitted. <br />(b) Mixed Use District B <br />Any ofthe uses as defined in Section 1202.05 and <br />Sections 1151.01 and 1151.02.
