Any Single Family or Two-Family residential structures <br />constructed within this district shall have the follow- <br />ing minimum livable first floor area: <br />Single Family <br />1 Story Dwelling <br />lZ Story Dwelling <br />2 Story Dwelling <br />Two Family <br />1 Story Dwelling <br />12 Story Dwelling <br />2 Story Dwelling <br />1,100 Square Feet <br />950 Square Feet <br />800 Square Feet <br />930 Sc{uare Feet <br />800 Sc{uare Feet <br />600 Square Feet <br />5. The maximum height within this district for any of the <br />uses specified in 1202.05 other than Single Family <br />residence and Two-Family residence shall be seven (7) <br />stories. With respect to residential use the maximum <br />height shall be two (2) stories. <br />6. Any land within the City which was zoned Mixed Use <br />before the adoption of this Ordinance shall be herein- <br />after designated Mixed Use District A. <br />SECTION 2. That any other ordinance or parts of ordinances <br />or reso utions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are <br />hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. Th at the Clerk of this Council be and she is <br />hereby directed to cause a notice of a Public Hearing hereon to <br />be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV <br />of the Charter of this City. <br />SECTION 4. That after submission of this Ordinance to the <br />Planning Commission of the City for its opinion and recommendation, <br />and after public hearing as specified in Section 3 hereof, and <br />after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City, the Zoning <br />Code of theCity of North Olmsted shall be amended as specified in <br />Section 1 hereof. <br />SECTION S.
