Only regular full-time employees of the City shall have <br />seniority. Students, summer employees and part-time employees <br />shall have no seniority rights. Part-time employees are those <br />employees who are regularly scheduled to work twenty (20) hours <br />or less per week. A regular full-time employee is one who is <br />scheduled for at least forty (40) hours of work per week. <br />21. Seniority shall mean an employee's uninterrupted length of <br />continuous service lvith the City measured from his last hiring <br />date as a full-time employee.
