New employees shall be considered to be on probation for <br />? a period of ninety (90) calendar days. Only regular full-time employees of the City shall have <br />seniority. Students, summer employees and part-time employees <br />shall have no seniority rights. A regular full-time employee is one who is <br />scheduled for at least forty (40) hours of work per week. <br />21. Seniority shall mean an employee's uninterrupted length of <br />continuous service lvith the City measured from his last hiring <br />date as a full-time employee.
