58. If an employee does not use sick leave time for a <br />six-month period from January lst to June 30th, or for a <br />six-month period from July lst to December 31st, he shall <br />receive two personal days off. Such bonus days may be taken <br />at a time mutually agreeable to the City and the employee. <br />Such bonus days must be taken within one year of accrual. <br />59. To be entitled to holiday pay, employees must work the <br />last regular work day before and the first regular work day <br />after the holiday unless excused by the City. If any of the <br />above holidays fall on a Saturday or a Sunday, either the <br />previous Friday or the following rtonday shall be observed as <br />the holiday. <br />CALL-IN PA1' <br />60. If an employee receives prior notification of call-in <br />during his previous shift, and the overtime work is continuous <br />with scheduled work hours, the employee shall receive pay at the <br />applicable rate only for actual overtime hours worked. If, <br />however, an employee does not receive prior notification of <br />call-in during his previous shift, he shall receive a minimum <br />of two (2) hours work or two (2) hours pay. <br />NEIh' AND CHANGED JOBS <br />61.
