,--- <br />? <br />or reduction of hours of work by bargaining unit employees. <br />Except for emergencies, a supervisor will not perform bargaining <br />unit tasks outside of the Supervisor's normal working hours to <br />deny overtime opportunities to bargaining unit personnel. <br />CHIPPER AND BRUSH ROTATIOV <br />76. Assignment to the chipper and brush truck will be rotated <br />weekly among the available, qualified personnel in the Service <br />Department. A list showing such rotation assignments shall be <br />maintained and will be available for inspection by eriployees. <br />JOB DESCRIPTIONS <br />77. The job descriptions attached hereto and marked Exhibits <br />"B" through "B-14", effective July 19, 1981 shall become a part <br />of this T4emorandum. <br />DURATION <br />78. This T4emorandum of Understanding shall become effective <br />on the 19th day of July, 1981 and shall continue in full force <br />and effect until 12:01 a.m. on July 18, 1983, and thereafter <br />from year to year unless at least ninety (90) days prior to said <br />expiration date, or any anniversary thereof, either party gives <br />timely written notice to the other of an intent to negotiate on <br />any or all of its pTOVisions. Upon timely written notice of an <br />intention to reopen negotiations, an initial conference will be <br />? arranged within fourteen (14) days after receipt of such notice, <br />11 <br />-38- ? <br />? <br />?
