The paychecks for employees of the <br />liaste tti'ater Treatment Plant ending their scheduled week at 7:00 a.m. <br />on Friday will be available at 7:00 a.m. <br />PRETTIiJM PAY <br />74. Effective July 19, 1981, the night shift premium for the <br />Service Department shall be twenty-five cents ($.25) and the <br />rotating shift premium for the Waste Water Treatment Plant <br />shall be twenty cents ($.20). <br />Effective July 19, 1981, Class "A" Laborers, shall receive <br />a twenty-five cent ($.25) per hour premium while assigned to <br />supervise two (2) or more employees in a crew operation of four <br />(4) or more hours. Crew operations governed by this provision <br />shall be limited to: Grass Cutting; Street Sealing; Concrete <br />Repair; Storm Sewer Repair; and Ditch Cleaning. To the extent <br />practicable, the City will rvtate supervisory duties among <br />qualified Class "A" Laborers. By mutual agreement of the parties, <br />this provision may be subject to review and modification. <br />WORK BY SUPERVISORS <br />75. Supervisors will not perform bargaining unit work to the <br />extent that results in a lay-off, a reduction in the work force, <br />-37-
