<br />base annual salary, thereafter until completion of their <br />fifteenth (15th) year of continuous full-time service; after <br />which said employees shall receive five percent (S%) of their <br />base annual salary until completion of their twentieth (20th) <br />year of continuous full-time service; and thereafter each year <br />of full-time service they shall receive six percent (60) of <br />their base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />Employees hired prior to July 19, 1979 shall receive an <br />additional one percent (lo) increment over and above the <br />longevity schedule set forth above. <br />HEALTH AND WELFARE FUtiD <br />72. The City shall continue to participate in the American <br />Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Ohio Council <br />8 Health and Welfare Fund for all non-probationary employees in <br />the bargaining unit represented by the Union. The City's <br />obligation shall be limited to making contributions at the rate <br />of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per month for each regular full- <br />time employee in the bargaining unit through July 18, 1983. <br />WAGES <br />73. All employees within the bargaining unit shall receive a <br />wage increase in accordance with the provisions of Appendices <br />"A" and "A-1" attached hereto. The City shall compute overtime <br />separately from straight time and shall show the overtime and <br />straight time separately on the employee's pay stub.
