BETWEEN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AND THE GREAT <br />NORTHERN PARTNERSHIP TO PROVIDE STREET ILLUMINATION <br />ON COUNTRY CLUB BOULEVARD. <br />TMIS AGREEMENT made at North Olmsted, Ohio; this <br />day of , 1981, between <br />the Great Northern Partnership (Great Northern) of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, and the CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, a Municipal Corporation <br />(hereinafter referred to as "City"). <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />WHEREAS, Great Northern owns lands located in the City <br />of tJorth Olmsted on the northerly and southerly sides of Country <br />Club Boulevard to at least 1,200 feet west; and <br />WHEREAS, Great Northern desires to illuminate Country <br />Club Boulevard from Great Northern Boulevard to 1,200 feet west <br />of the intersection; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is desirous of improving the safety of <br />the public through roadway illumination; and <br />WHEREAS, the City requires that Great Northern, at Great <br />Northern's sole cost and expense, shall install street lighting <br />on Country Club Boulevard between Great Northern Boulevard and <br />1,200 feet west consisting of high-pressure sodium luminaires <br />mounted on galvanized steel poles; development of all plans, <br />specifications and estimates of costs to be prepared in accordance <br />witb the standards of the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company <br />and the City; and <br />WHEREAS, following the installation of said street <br />illumination and appurtenances, the same are intended_to be the <br />property of the City, and the City shall, after January 1, 1982, <br />become responsible for the operation; maintenance and replacement <br />of the street illumination; and <br />WHEREAS, the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company <br />shall, through agreement wit4 the City, provide the power and <br />maintenance.
