,.?.? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 81- 105 <br />PAGE 3. <br />755.05 BOND. <br />Every licensee under this Chapter shall execute and file a cash <br />bond in the sum of Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($750.00), <br />with surety to the satisfaction of the Director of Public 5afety, <br />conditioned upon such licensee's conformance to the requirement <br />of law and tfie ordinances of the City. <br />755.06 REVOCATION OF LICENSE APPEAL. <br />The Director of Public Safety may suspend or revoke any license <br />issued pursuant to this Chapter for the direct or indirect <br />violation of any of the provisions hereof. In the event that the <br />Director of Public Safety suspends or revokes any license, the <br />owner may within ten (10) days appeal such suspension or revocation <br />to the Mayor. If the Mayor upholds said suspension or revocation, <br />the owner may appeal to the Board of Review within ten (10) days <br />from the Mayor's decision, consisting of two (2) members of Council, <br />and the Director of Law. The decision of the Board of Review shall <br />be fin.al. <br />755.07 RECORD BOOKS. <br />Every person licensed under the provisions of this Chapter shall <br />keep a book in which shall be written in ink, in English, at the <br />time of the purchase of any secondhand article, a description <br />thereof, the price paid the seller therefor, the age, address and <br />personal description and drivers license number of the person from <br />whom such purchase was made, the date and hour of the purchase and <br />the license number of any motor vehicle used at the time for trans- <br />port of the seller and the secondhand article or either. Such <br />statement shall be written in the book by the buyer and signed in <br />the book by the seller. Such book shall at all times be open to <br />the inspection of any member of the Police Division of the City. <br />Entries therein shall be consecutively numbered and shall not be <br />erased, obliterated, altered, defaced or removed. <br />755.08 POLICE FORMS. <br />(a) Tn addition to the book reauired by Section 755.07, <br />every person licensed under the provisions of this Chapter shall, <br />at the time of every purchase, enter with typewritten or printed <br />letters on a blank to be furnished by the Director of Public <br />Safety, such information as may be called for by such blank form, <br />except that on the back of such blank form the seller shall write, <br />in his own handwriting, his name, age and address. No entry on <br />such card shall be erased, obliterated, altered, or defaced. <br />(b) Every licensed dealer shall, on every weekday before <br />the hour of 12:00 Noon, deliver to the Chief of Police or his <br />authorized representative, such blanks furnished by the Director <br />of Public Safety properly filled in and signed by the seller, in <br />accordance with the provisions of this section, for all transactions <br />of the precedi.ng business day. Alternatively, such filled blanks <br />shall, if the Chief of Police so elects, be mailed to such address <br />as the Chie£ of Police may in writing designate.
