- ORDINANCE N0. 31-84 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />Page 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Council hereby appropriates the sum of Three Hundred <br />Sixty-Two Thousand Dollars ($362,000.00) from the Capital Projects Fund to <br />compensate the firm of Dalton-Dalton-Newport, Inc., for engineering services <br />in completing a Sewer System Evaluation Survey (SSES) and the sum of Forty-Five <br />Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00) from the Capital Projects Fund in order for the <br />City of North Olmsted, the lead agency and recipient of the federal grant <br />described in Exhibit "A", to reimburse the City of Fairview Park for the <br />seventy-five percent (75%) federal share of their Sewer System Evaluation Survey <br />(SSES) to be performed by the engineering consultant, Alexander Kanareff, P.E., <br />in the Fairview Park area serviced by the North Olmsted Waste Water Treatment <br />Plant according to the agreement authorized by Ordinance No. 80-70. <br />SECTION 2: That Council hereby appropriates from the Sewer Revenue Fund <br />and transfers to the Capital Project Fund (SSES) the sum of Forty-Two Thousand <br />Three Hundred Dollars ($42,300.00). <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested <br />copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTIOPJ 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the City, and for the further reason that the federal <br />grant has been received, the weather is now the best to conduct field surveys, <br />the temporary manpower is available, and the results of the Sewer System <br />Evaluation Survey is urgently needed to preserve the health and safety of the <br />inhabitants of the City; wherefore, this Ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and immediately after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PAS S E D : <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, CLERK F COUNCIL <br />? <br />DEWEY .
