Part-Time Help: <br />$ 3.50 to $ <br />$ 3.35 to $ <br />6.97 Per Hour <br />4.20 Per Hour <br />K. Traffic Control Ec{uipment Repair <br />Personnel (Part-Time): $ 4.50 to $ 9,27 Per Hour <br />L. The Director of the Department of Public Service shall establish the individual <br />salaries for persons working within classifications specified in Sections A through <br />K hereof. <br />SECTION 11: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for various <br />employees in t e Department of Budget & Management: <br />A. Director: <br />$12,000 to $22,260 Annually <br />B. The Secretary and Clerical Assistants shall be compensated in accordance with the <br />schedule established in Section 4 hereof. <br />C. The individual salaries to be paid to the employees of the Department of Budget <br />and Management as specified in Subsections A and B hereof shall be established by <br />the Mayor. <br />SEC'I'ION 12: The salary ranges established herein, except for those dealing <br />with elected officials shall be effective retroactively to January l, 1981. Salaries <br />specified in this Ordinance shall be paid by the Director of Finance on a bi-weekly <br />basis. <br />SECTION 13: The Foremen and Dispatcher listed in Section 6 and 7 hereof will <br />be paid time and one-half of their straight time rates of pay for hours worked in <br />excess of eight (8) hours in any one day and time and one-half of their straight time <br />rate of pay for hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one work week. <br />SECTION 14: That a11 full time administrative personnel having completed five (5) <br />years o. ull time continuous service as employees of said departments shall be paid <br />an additional four percent (40) of their base annual salary; thereafter until completion <br />of the tenth (lOth) year of full time continuous service, after which such employee <br />shall receive five percent (50) of their base annual salary; thereafter until the <br />completion of their fifteenth (15th) year of full time continuous service, such employee <br />shall receive six percent (60) of their base annual salary until after the completion <br />of the twentieth (20th) year of full time continuous service, and during each year <br />of full time service thereafter they shall receive seven percent (7%) of their base <br />annual salary as longevity increments. <br />SECTION 15: That all full time administrative personnel listed within this <br />Ordinance s all receive the following holidays off, unless reauired to work by their <br />Supervisor or the Mayor in emergencies and shall receive their regular rate of pay: <br />New Year's Day; President's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving <br />Day; Christmas Day; the employee's birthday; and a floating holiday. <br />SECTION 16: That all full time administrative personnel listed within this <br />Ordinance shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br />1 to 5 Years inclusive, of full time service - Two Weeks Vacation <br />6 to 11 Years inclusive, of full time service - Three Weeks Vacation <br />12 to 19 Years inclusive, of full time service - Four Weeks Vacation <br />20 Years and over of full time service - Five Weeks Vacation
