, <br />.? , <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 81-50 <br />PAGE 5. <br />SECTION 17: That all ordinances or resultions or parts of ordinances or <br />resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed with the effective date of this <br />Ordinance. <br />SECTION 18: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare <br />and for the further reason it is immediately necessary to review all pay scales and <br />bring them into line due to inflation and cost of living increases, and £urther <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force irrunediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: Sy , /9? <br />-.?..-? <br />ATTEST: <br />/ <br />Florence E.
