' . . ? ! .. ? .? , CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 81- 20 PAGE 2. ? -.W and private agencies in establishing facilities and programs within the City that deal with the needs such as marriage and family counseling, problems of inentally or physically handicapped persons, and the needs of the elderly, and shall further direct or bring together individuals willing to donate their time or services in helping others with various personal problems. He shall perform such other duties consistent with his office and may be required by this Charter, by ordin ance of Council, or as directed by the Mayor. SECTION 2. That if such amendment is approved by a majority o t e electors voting thereon at such election, it sha11 become effective from and after the time of its approval by the electors. SECTION 3. That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directe to cause a copy of the proposed Charter amendment to be published in such manner as may be authorized by law. SECTION 4. That the Clerk of this Council be and she is hereby authorize and directed to forward a certified copy o£ this Ordinance to the Board of Elections o£ Cuyahoga County. SECTION S. That the Board of Elections is hereby rec{uested to cause appropriate notice of such election to be duly given in accordance with law. SECTION 6. That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health and safety of the City and for the further reason that this Ordinance must be immediately effective in order to permit necessary arrangements to be made in sufficient time for said election; wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its nassage.
