However, notwithstanding the aforesaid, the <br />cost of repairs and maintenance of the roadway located within Parcel No. 2 shall be shared equally by Lessor and <br />L'essee. ' <br />16. InsPection of Premises. Lessor reserves the right <br />during all business hours to enter the demised real estate <br />to examine the state of repair and structural safety of 'the <br />premises. <br />17. Parking. Lessee, its agents, employees, and <br />invitees shall have the right without additional charge to <br />the use in common with other parties authorized by Lessor of <br />the parking areas adjacent or in proximity to the demised <br />real estate. <br />18. Fire or Other Casualty Shall Not Affect Payments of <br />Rentals. No partial or complete destruction or disability <br />to occupy by fire, flood or other casualty of the buildings <br />or improvements now or hereafter situated upon said demised <br />real estate shall in any way affect.the payment of the <br />rental hereinbefore prescribed or the validity of this lease <br />or any portion thereof, except as herein otherwise <br />provided. <br />19. Indemnity and Waiver of Liability for Lessee's <br />Property. <br />A.
