Any <br />such certificate may be relied upon by any prospective <br />transferee or mortgagee of Lessee's interest under this <br />lease. <br />32. Notices. Al1 notices required under this lease <br />shall be deemed to be properly served if delivered in <br />writing personally or sent by registered mail or by <br />certified mail with return receipt requested to the Lessor <br />at 5206 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070, unless <br />otherwise specified by Lessor, and to Lessee at Cambridge _ <br />Commons, 26555 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, Ohio 44145, or <br />to any subsequent address which the Lessee may designate for <br />that purpose. Date of service of notice served by mail <br />shall be the date on which such notice is deposited in a <br />post office of the United States Post Office Department. <br />33. Withholding. Should Lessee withhold from Lessor <br />possession of the premises after the expiration or <br />termination of this lease, then in that event such <br />withholding shall constitute only a month-to-month tenancy. <br />34. Lease Binding Upon Heirs, Personal Represen- <br />tatives. Each and all of the terms, agreements, covenants, <br />warranties, conditions and stipulations herein contained to <br />be performed or observed by the Lessor and the Lessee, or by <br />either of them, shall apply to, bind and embrace not only <br />said Lessor and said Lessee, or either of them, but also <br />' their respective heirs, next of kin, executors, <br />administrators, personal representatives, successors, and <br />assigns as fully and completely as if the words "heirs, next <br />of kin, executors, administrators, personal representatives, <br />successors and assigns" were added to and made a part of the <br />- 22 -
