CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO . gg - 96 <br />Page 2 <br />All full-time salaried employees of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line having completed five (5) years of full-time <br />continuous service as employees of said bus line or having been <br />transferred from some other department by administrative <br />appointment shall be paid an additional four percent (4%) of <br />their base annual salary until they have completed their tenth <br />(10th) year of continuous full-time service. After completing <br />the tenth (10th) year and prior to completion of their fifteenth <br />(15th) year of continuous full-time service they shall be paid <br />five percent (5%) of their base annual salary. After completion <br />of their fifteenth (15th) year of continuous service and prior <br />to completion of their twentieth (20th) year of continuous <br />service: they shall be paid six percent (6%) of the base annual <br />salary. After completion of their twentieth (20th) year of <br />continuous service they shall be paid seven percent (7%) of <br />their base annual salary. These payments shall be longevity <br />increments and shall be paid and computed by the Finance <br />Department of the City of North Olmsted. <br />In computing length of service for the purpose of making <br />payments of longevity increments as hereinabove set forth, no <br />credit shall be given for part-time service, but such limitation <br />is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and <br />the exclusion for part-time service shall not deprive any <br />employee of any other benefits which may be due them for part- <br />time service employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />SECTION 5: Uniform Allowance <br />A. Zone Supervisor - Annual allowance of $300.00 <br />B. Maintenance Supervisor and Assa_stant Maintenance <br />Supervisor - Maximum change of five (5) sets of <br />laundered work clothing each week. <br />SECTION 6: Paid Holidays <br />1.
