<br />.- <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. gg - 96 <br />Page 3 <br />SECTION 7: Vacation Schedule <br />Length of Service <br />1. One full year or less than 5 <br />2. Five full years and less than 10 <br />3. Ten full years-.and less than 15 <br />4. Fifteen full years. and less than 21 <br />5. Twenty One full years and over <br />SECTION 8: Life Insurance <br />Allowance <br />Two Weeks <br />Three Weeks <br />Four Weeks <br />Five Weeks <br />Six Weeks <br />a. After one (1) month of full-time employment, salaried <br />employees shall be covered by a sixteen thousand dollar <br />($16,000) group term life and AD&D policy at employers expense. <br />b. Effective January 1, 1990 the amount of life and AD&D <br />shall increase to $18,000. <br />c. To the extent permitted by insurance providers rules, <br />employees may purchase additional life insurance, which shall be <br />deducted from paychecks once a month. <br />d. To the extent permitted by the insurance providers <br />rules, employees may convert to individual policy upon <br />termination of employment or retirement. <br />SECTION 9: Hospitalization/Health Insurance <br />Hospitalization/Health Insurance for salaried employees shall <br />be governed by City of North Olmsted's Ordinance No. 89-84, passed <br />October 17, 1989, which established additional hospitalization <br />benefits for non-bargaining unit employees of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />SECTION 10: Sick Leave <br />Sick Leave for salaried employees shall continue to be governed <br />by City of North Olmsted's Ordinance Numbers 76-113 and 76-116 <br />effective with any revisions to either of the above mentioned Ordin- <br />ances. <br />
