Any extra o-;ertim2 work not assigned {after assignment <br />to extra list and !iss operators) shall bE presented, if in excess of three <br />hours and fifteen minutes {3:15), according to Appendix C-1. <br />r Section. 33.03. No employee shall be required to work overtime. For <br />all employees, except operators, who are offered overtime and for any reason <br />refuse or fail to 4~~ork, shall be credited ~~rith the o~%ertime as if he had <br />~ worked, for the purpose of distribution. In the case of bus operators on <br />Holiday situations, the last five (5) in seniority cannot waive overtime. <br />The NOMBL shah .maintain a list, by classification (excluding operators), <br />; sho~~ring the oyer-time hours of each employee. All overtime hours shall be <br />recorded on a daily basis. The o~%ertime list shall be posted at a work <br />location ir. the garage and shall be kept current, on a daily basis. This <br />overtime list is continuous and shall not start over at the first of the <br />year. <br />ARTICLE XXXIu <br />1SAGE INCREASES <br />Section 34.61. <br />Effective August 1, 1989 ................ 1.85 Increase per hour. <br />February 1, 1990 .............. 1.82 Increase per hour. <br />~ August ~, 1990 ................ 1.79 Increase per hour. <br />February 1, 1991 .............. 1.75 Increase per hour. <br />{See attached Exhibits A-1 to A-~, which sets forth the ~~rage schedules.) <br />Section 34.02.
