(a) After 5 years, prior to December 1st. $300.00 per year <br />(b) After 10 years, prior to December 1st. $500.00 per year <br />(c) After 20 years, prior to December 1st. $700x00 per year <br />Section 32.02. The longevity payment shall be made in December <br />of each year, based upon employees who have completed continuous <br />service prior to December 1st of the payment year. <br />Section 32.03. In order for the employee to be eligible for One <br />Hundred Percent (100%) longevity of the above longevity payment the <br />employee must have worked for at least Two Hundred Thirty Eight (238) <br />days during the longevity year, which is considered as December 1 to <br />November 30. and also be actively employed on December 1st of the <br />payment year. Worked days include vacation days, paid holidays and <br />complete days worked; it excludes paid sick leave days. (Major illness: <br />e.g., surgery, broken bones, hospitalization & recuperation, etc., which is <br />paid sick leave days; will not be excluded.) If the emp}:oyee works less <br />than 238 days then the longevity payment shall be prorated as follows: <br />214 to 237 days 90% <br />190 to 213 days 80% <br />166 to 189 days 70% <br />142 to 165 days 60% <br />118 to 141 days 50% <br />117 days or less 0% <br />Section 32.04. However, as an exception to Section 32.03 above, any <br />full-time employee who retires and receives a pension, or dies prior <br />to December 1st of the payment year shall still be eligible to receive <br />a longevity payment for that year based upon the proration schedule <br />set forth above. <br />ARTICLE XXXIII <br />OVERTIME <br />Section 33.01. Overtime pay for all employees except those in <br />the classification of bus driver shall be at the rate of time and one-half <br />for all hours worY.ed in excess of eight (8) hours in one day or <br />forty (40) hours in one week. Hours worY.ed shall include vacation <br />time and paid holiday time in addition to the time actually worked. <br />Overtime will be paid to the nearest minute. <br />Section 33.02. Overtime pay for employees in the classification <br />of bus driver shall be in accordance with the GCRTA route schedules <br />and past Employer practices. <br />Section 33.03. In the computation of weekly o~fertime, for all <br />employees, recognized holidays shall be considered as time worked, <br />except where the holiday coincides with the scheduled day off of the <br />employee. <br />Section 33.04. Any full-time maintenance employee who is called in for <br />overtime caork shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours of overtime pay. <br />Section .33.05.
