All a;~proved <br />cancellations :rill be forwarded to the City's Director of Finance .with <br />a request for cancellation. <br />Section ~_0~. t'he NOTEA agrees to hold the Employer harmless from any <br />and ail liabilities or da?rages cahich may arise from the performance of its <br />obligations under this Article and indemnify the Employer for any such <br />liabilities or damages that may arise. <br />ARTICLE ~r <br />MAtIAGEMEIdT RIGHTS <br />Section 5.01. The operator run schedules are provided by the Greater <br />Cleveland Regional Transit Authority and are subject to their regulations in <br />the distribution and configuration of these runs. <br />ARTICLE ~rI <br />NOTEA RIGHTS <br />Section 6.01.
