AIo employee shall be required to perfor_n a duty that <br />is in violation of any applicable state law, City ordinance, or any rule <br />or regulation issued by any federal, state or local regulatory agency, <br />board or commission. <br />Section 8.02. IIo employee is to be required to perfor:~ any hazardous <br />or abnormally strenuous activity which a healthy employee could not be <br />reasonably expected to perform. <br />Section 8.03. Plo emplcyee shall be sched~.tied to ;•~ork along in the <br />garage, barring an emergency or an unusual situation. <br />Section 8.04. No employee shall be held responsible for the <br />non-performance of any task that is left undone because of the lac,, of <br />proper tools, equipment or supplies. <br />Section 8.05. Operators shall have access to the ;~rashrooms in the <br />drivers room at all times during their shifts. Any result of vandalism or abuse <br />be it intentional or as a result of negligance may result in disciplinary <br />action. <br />Section 8.06. Effective the date of this contract, Free transportation <br />shall be provided to alI e~rployees on all transit routes covered by this <br />Agreement, and in accordance with the current Greater Cle~.eiand R~aional <br />Transit Authority Agreement. <br />3 <br />
