Article 22: Seniority <br />Add: Seniority lists shall be posted on each Union Bulletin <br />Board. <br />Article 23: Seniority <br />(c) Change 24 to 48 months. r?~c ~ 1! f,eo~^ La~cf~r <br />Article 34: Paid Sick Leave <br />Section F: When an employee with five (5) or more years of <br />service retires, having received P.E.R.S. pension and having <br />accumulated sick leave time, the retiring employee may convert <br />one-half 1 2 of the accumulated sick leave time to pay on the <br />basis of his rate of pay at the time of retirement, but the <br />maximum amount paid shall not exceed three hundred and sixty <br />360 paid hours. <br />Article 50: Holidays <br />A ~,~;tio.•8 ~ <br />Add: One~Personal Day with pay each year. <br />Article 51: Holidays <br />Section 1: Change to read, If an employee does not use sick <br />leave time for a-Y 6 month period, from his last sick day, he <br />shall receive two (2) personal days off. <br />(This provision will take affect on July 1, 1989). <br />Article 55: Hospitalization <br />The City shall continue to pay the full cost of <br />hospitalization for all full-time employees. <br />In the 2nd and 3rd year of the Agreement, if the cost of <br />hospitalization exceed 15% of the prior yearly cost, then the <br />contract shall be reopened for the purpose of reaching agreement <br />on the subject of hospitalization only. <br />
