Change name to AFSCME Care Plan.• <br />2. The City shall continue to pay $31.00 per month per <br />employee.• • <br />Labor Management Committee <br />There shall be a Labor Management Committee established to <br />promote a drug free workplace.• <br />Funeral Leave <br />A full-time employee shall be granted a three (3) day leave <br />of absence with pay, in the event of the death of an immediate <br />family member. <br />A full-time employee shall be granted a five (5) day leave <br />of absence with pay, in the event of the death of an immediate <br />who resides outside the State of Ohio. <br />Immediate family shall include, spouse, children, father, <br />mother, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, mother- <br />in-law, father-in-law and grandparents. <br />In the event of a death of any other relative not listed <br />above an employee shall use his accumulated sick leave. <br />
