ARTICLE 34 - DURATION <br />Section 1. This Agreement shall become effective on the <br />19th day of July, 1989 and shall continue in full force and <br />effect until 12:01 A.M. on July 18, 1992, and thereafter from <br />year to year unless at least one hundred and twenty (120) days <br />prior to said expiration date, or any anniversary thereof, either <br />party gives timely written notice of an intention to reopen <br />negotiations, an initial conference will be arranged within <br />fourteen (14) days after receipt of such notice, but not earlier <br />than March 18th preceding expiration of this Agreement. <br />- 32 - <br />
