ARTICLE 31 - WORK BY SIIPERVISORS <br />Section 1. Supervisors will not perform bargaining unit <br />work to the extent that results in lay-off, a reduction in work <br />force or reduction of hours of work by bargaining unit employees. <br />Except for emergencies, a supervisor will not perform bargaining <br />unit tasks outside of the supervisor's normal working hours to <br />deny overtime opportunities to bargaining unit personnel. <br />ARTICLE 32 - JOB DESCRIPTIONS <br />Section 1. The job descriptions attached hereto and marked <br />Exhibits B-1 through B-12 effective January 1, 1987, shall become <br />part of this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 33 - FUNERAL LEAVE <br />Section 1. A full-time employee shall be granted a three <br />(3 ) day leave of absence with pay, in the event of the death of <br />an immediate family member. <br />Section 2. A full-time employee shall be granted a five (5) <br />day leave of absence with pay, in the event of the death of an <br />immediate family member who resides outside the State of Ohio. <br />Section 3. Immediate family shall include, spouse, <br />children, father, mother, brother, sister, brother-in-law, <br />sister-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law and grandparents. <br />Section 4. In the event of a death of any other relative <br />not listed above an employee shall use his accumulated sick <br />leave. <br />- 31 - <br />
