A copy of the list of additions and/or <br />deletions will be sent to the Local Union President and the Local <br />Union Treasurer. <br />ARTICLE 10: HOURS OF WORK <br />Section 1: The normal work week for regular full-time <br />employees in the Service Department, the Waste Water Collection <br />System and the Waste Water Treatment Plant shall be forty (40) <br />hours of work in five (5) days of eight (8) consecutive hours per <br />day, exclusive of time allotted for meals during the period <br />starting 7:00 A.M. Monday to 6:59 A.M. the following Monday. It <br />is recognized that the Waste Water Treatment Plant will be manned <br />on a continuous operation schedule and individual employees will <br />be assigned to work schedules accordingly. <br />(a) The day shift schedule hours in the Service <br />Department shall be from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. <br />Monday through Friday, year round. <br />(b) From November fifteenth (15th) to April fifteenth <br />(15th) the second shift hours shall be from 3:30 P.M. <br />to 11:30 P.M. Monday through Friday, the third shift <br />hours shall be 11:00 P.M. to 7:30 A.M. Sunday <br />through Friday. Such 2nd and 3rd shift work will <br />first be given to volunteers, than any vacancies will <br />be filled with the least senior employees within the <br />classification needed. <br />(c) Employees assigned to Building Maintenance and Systems <br />Div. shall work from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M., Monday <br />through Friday, year round. <br />(d) Employees assigned to the Police Station Maintenance <br />shall work from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M., Monday <br />through Friday, year round. <br />Section 2: The City may not reduce the weekly schedule of <br />work for any department or employee below forty (40) hour without <br />13 <br />
