-. <br />„- <br />TENTATIVE AGREEI~N'P <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />AND <br />AFSCME OHIO COQNCIL 8, IACAL 2681, AFL-CIO <br />Article l0: Hours of Work <br />Section~f}~ Employees of the Waste Water Treatment Plant <br />`~ shall be paid double (2X) the employee's straight time rate of <br />pay for hours worked in addition to regular holiday pay for hours <br />g~ worked on Thanks ivin and Christmas. <br />4 4 <br />Article 15: Paid Sick Leave <br />Section 1: (F) When an employee with five (5) or more <br />~) 2~ <br />\~ <br />~~a`~ <br />p 3~ <br />1 `~ <br />years of service retirees, having received P.E.R.S. pension and <br />having accumulated sick leave time, the retiring employee may <br />convert one-half 1 2 of the accumulated sick leave time to pay <br />on the basis of his rate of pay at the time of retirement, but <br />the maximum amount paid shall not exceed three hundred and sixty <br />360 hours paid. <br />Article 19: Promotions, Bidding, Transfers and Job Training <br />Section 6: Add, If he fails to so qualify or so requests, <br />he shall be returned to his former job. <br />Article 21: Vacations <br />Section 4• <br />(C) An employee may have the option of using <br />one half (1/2) of his accrued vacation in one (1) day increments. <br />
