ARTICLE 34: AFSCME CARE PLAN <br />Section 1: The City shall continue to participate in the <br />American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, <br />Care Plan for all non-probationary employees in the bargaining <br />unit represented by the Union. The City's obligation shall be <br />limited to making contributions at the rate of thirty-one dollars <br />($31.00) retroactive to July 19, 1989 for each regular full-time <br />employee in the bargaining unit through July 18, 1992. <br />ARTICLE 35: WAGES <br />Section 1: Effective July 19, 1989, all employees in the <br />bargaining unit shall receive a wage increase of four and one <br />half percent (4.5~) and be paid in accordance with the wage rates <br />set forth in Appendix "A". All employees within the bargaining <br />unit shall receive a wage increase in accordance with the <br />provisions of Appendices "A", "A-1" and "A-2" attached hereto. <br />(The City shall compute overtime separately from straight time <br />and shall show the overtime and straight time separately on the <br />employee's pay stub. Additionally, the City shall compute and <br />show on the employee's pay stub his accrued sick leave and <br />vacation time.) <br />Section 2: Effective July 19, 1990 all employees in the <br />bargaining unit shall receive a wage increase of four and one <br />half percent (4.5~) and be paid in accordance with the wage rates <br />set forth in Appendix "A-1". <br />Section 3: Effective July 19, 1991 all employees in the <br />bargaining unit shall receive a wage increase of four and one <br />half percent (4.5~) and be paid in accordance with the wage rates <br />40 <br />
