set forth in Appendix "A-2". <br />Section 4: Paychecks will normally be available on Friday <br />noon for employees who are not scheduled to work Friday or who <br />have completed their work at that time; and at the end of the day <br />shift for other employees. The paychecks for employees of the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant ending their scheduled week at 7:00 <br />A.M. on Friday will be available at 7:00 A.M. In the event of a <br />shortage in an employee paycheck that exceeds $25.00, such <br />shortage shall be paid within 48 working hours after notice of <br />such shortage is made to supervisor. <br />ARTICLE 36: PREMIUM PAY <br />Section 1: The night shift premium for the Service <br />Department shall be thirty-five cents ($.35) and the rotating <br />shift premium for the Waste Water Treatment Plant shall be <br />thirty-five cents ($.35). <br />Section 2: Class "A" Laborers shall receive a forty cent <br />($.40) per hour premium while assigned to supervise two (2) or <br />more employees in a crew operation of four (4) or more hours. <br />Crew operations governed by this provision shall be limited to: <br />Grass Cutting; Street Sealing; Concrete Repair; Storm and Sewer <br />Repair involving Backhoe Operation, Street Painting and Ditch <br />Cleaning, Backhoe Operators, Gradall, Asphalt Spreader, Grader, <br />Street Sweeper and Hy-Lift. To the extent practicable, the City <br />will rotate supervisory duties among qualified Class "A" <br />Laborers. (By mutual agreement of the parties, this provision <br />may be subject to review and modification). <br />41 <br />
