ARTICLE 37: WORK BY SUPERVISORS <br />Section 1: Supervisors will not perform bargaining unit <br />work to the extent that results in lay-off, a reduction in work <br />force or reduction of hours of work by bargaining unit employees. <br />Except for emergencies, a supervisor will not perform bargaining <br />unit tasks outside of the Supervisor's normal working hours to <br />deny overtime opportunities to bargaining unit personnel. <br />ARTICLE 38: CHIPPER AND BRUSH ROTATION <br />Section 1: Assignment to the chipper and brush truck will <br />be rotated weekly among the available, qualified personnel in the <br />Forest Crew. A list showing such rotation assignments shall be <br />maintained and will be available for inspection by employees. <br />ARTICLE 39: JOB DESCRIPTIONS <br />Section 1: The job descriptions attached hereto and marked <br />Exhibits "B" through "B-14", effective July 19, 1983 shall become <br />a part of this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 40: BOOT ALLOWANCE <br />Section 1: All Service Department employees shall receive a <br />Fifty Dollar ($50.00) per year boot allowance to be paid during <br />the first pay period after July 19th of each year. <br />42 <br />
