ARTICLE 41: INCLEMENT WEATHER <br />Section 1: The Tar Kettle shall not be operated in <br />temperatures of 100 degrees or more. <br />ARTICLE 42: FUNERAL LEAVE <br />Section l: A full-time employee shall be granted a three <br />(3 ) day leave of absence with pay, in the event, of the death of <br />an immediate family member. <br />Section 2: A full-time employee shall be granted a five (5) <br />day leave of absence with pay, in the event of the death of an <br />immediate family member who resides outside the state of Ohio. <br />Section 3: Immediate family shall include, spouse, <br />children, father, mother, brother, sister, brother-in-law, <br />sister-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law and grandparents. <br />Section 4: In the event of a death of any other relative <br />not listed above an employee shall use his accumulated sick <br />leave. <br />ARTICLE 43: DURATION <br />Section 1: This Agreement shall become effective on the <br />19th day of July, 1989 and shall continue in full force and <br />effect until 12:01 A.M. on July 18, 1992, and thereafter from <br />year to year unless at least one hundred and twenty (120) days <br />prior to said expiration date, or any anniversary thereof, either <br />party gives timely written notice of an intention to reopen <br />negotiations, an initial conference will be arranged within <br />fourteen (14) days after receipt of such notice, but not earlier <br />than March 18th preceding expiration of this Agreement. <br />43 <br />
